Production:

This seeding section is suitable for the in-line automation of the needle insertion and sowing phase for medium-sized batches or lots, with speeds of up to 150 trays per hour.

Versatility:

It adapts to different tray sizes. The spacing between tray rows is electronically controlled by programming the tray type via the seeder’s touchscreen.

To adapt to production needs, the seeding nozzles can be easily replaced. Options include nozzles of various diameters, multi-hole nozzles for placing several seeds in the same cell, and extruded silicone nozzles for sowing pelleted seeds.

Use:

Ideally suited for irregular or very small seeds.

A small vacuum system allows for the recovery of excess seed.

Compatibility and Expansion:

Additional modules can be installed for vermiculite distribution and post-sowing irrigation.

Especially suitable for seeds of aromatic plants, flowers, vegetables and forestry.
